Having spent his whole life in a farming community, Gino decided to take to the road and share his passion for ice cream with the people of WA.
Gino shares his time between his home in Perth and travelling the length and breadth of WA, sharing Gino's Soft Serve with the state.
From start to finish, the van has been a labour of love, from an empty shell, to the finished product, Gino has been there to oversee and create his vision.
